FAQ

What type of furniture does Fong Brothers make?

Our handcrafted furniture is made to order and is available exclusively to the trade.  We typically do not carry stock so while your furniture may take a little longer to receive, we think you’ll agree that it is worth the wait.

We have a wide range of furniture production capabilities for both indoor and outdoor pieces. Styles range from rattan and woven pieces to wood and metal furniture.  The natural materials we use are perfectly “imperfect” making each piece unique.  Some variations in color, texture, or grain can be expected.

Choose from our curated collections or let us help you build a custom look that is perfect for your next installation.

As part of our line, we also carry the iconic mid-century designs made by Modernica here in Los Angeles.

Why are there no prices listed on your website?

Fong Brothers sells only to the trade.  Our furniture is fully customizable and made to order.  Pricing is dependent on materials, finishes, and quantity ordered.  For a quotation, please contact our sales department or nearest showroom partner.

What are your typical lead-times?

Lead-times can vary depending on materials and quantities. Typical lead-times to make and ship our furniture are as follows:

What is your return policy?

Fong Brothers’ furniture is custom and made to order based on each customer’s specifications.  Once built, a product becomes a unique item for that particular order. As a result, it can be difficult to resell an item if the order is cancelled.

Delivered items cannot be returned unless related to a warranty issue.
